How do I start a RSO? - Top
Any group of 12 or more students can start a RSO.  Each group must complete a petition packet, an advisors agreement (a full time UW staff or faculty member), and the petition sheet.

What is an Activity Notification form and why does my RSO have to complete this paperwork? - Top
University Regulation 235 requires RSOs to register on campus activities and events.  The CAC handles this regulation by requiring that RSOs complete the activity notification form.  These forms are available on our website or on the Campus Activities Center.  It is only necessary to complete these forms if your event is on campus.  Club meetings do not have to be registered.

Completion of these forms give the CAC important information about your event that will be posted on calendars.
