Exploring Science Workshop|Science Posse ~ NASA Space Grant Consortium

WHAT?

The Exploring Science Teacher Workshop is a professional development opportunity for teachers of all grade levels sponsored by the Science Posse and the NASA Space Grant Consortium.

Come to the University of Wyoming campus and explore the free resources offered by the University and learn to integrate inquiry into your teaching to promote curiosity in students through problem solving.

Teachers will leave the workshop with a variety of resources from NASA and a lesson from their curriculum which has been transformed into an inquiry lesson.

WHEN?

August 5-9, 2013

WHERE?

On the campus of the University of Wyoming in Laramie.

WHY?

To enrich your teaching, and to earn either UW Outreach Credit or PTSB Credit.

HOW MUCH?

The entire cost of the workshop, materials, credit, food, and lodging (in the dorms) will be paid for by the Science Posse and the NASA Space Grant Consortium..
