Ed-PARC is funded through the Upper Midwest Aerospace Consortium (UMAC). A key government partner is the Earth Resources Observation Systems (EROS) Data Center, which stongly supports the concept of  a Public Access Resource Center (PARC) as an extension to the EDC Data Active Archive Center.
