Welcome to the home of student events at UW, a centralized location students can visit to find details about new marquee events, such as the Cowboy Kickoff Concert and Fall Fest & Safe Treat. Check in throughout the semester to stay up to date with what's happening on campus along with events co-hosted by the Division of Student Affairs and campus partners. If you're looking for ways to have fun and get involved on campus, this is the perfect place to start!

Fall Fest & Safe Treat

Celebrate the season on Oct. 22 at UW Fall Fest & Safe Treat, a fun filled event bringing together students, faculty, staff and the Laramie community for an afternoon of fall festivities, fun and connection. Enjoy fall themed games, activities, food, music and opportunities to engage with campus organizations while experiencing the vibrant UW community. The festivities begin on Prexy's Pasture. 

From 2 - 8 p.m., attendees will enjoy: 

  • ⁠Crafts and games under the big top
  • Fall themed photo spot
  • Pumpkin catapult
  • S'mores
  • Cozy carriage rides
  • Corn hole and outdoor games
  • and more!

Beginning at 5 p.m., Laramie youth can participate in UW Safe Treat, a popular annual Halloween themed event where UW Registered Student Organizations provide a safe and welcoming trick-or-treat experience for children and families. Costumes are encouraged as guests collect treats and create lasting memories. Safe Treat will be held inside the Wyoming Union with additional activities inside the Washakie Center. 

Whether you're looking to celebrate fall traditions, connect with colleagues or enjoy a safe and fun event for all ages, UW Fall Fest and Safe Treat offers something for everyone.  Join us for some seasonal fun.
