About UsReal estate at UW is offered through the University of Wyoming and the College of Business. Our online classes, as well as our Real Estate Certificate Program are offered in partnership with the Outreach School at UW.Interested in the University of Wyoming? UW is a GREAT University situated in the Rocky 
Mountains (UW's campus is located in Laramie, approximately two hours north of Denver
and located on I-80). Even though we are a small university (enrollment of about 12,000)
we are the state's only provider of baccalaureate and graduate education, research, and
outreach services. UW combines major-university benefits and small-school advantages,
with more than 180 programs of study, an outstanding faculty, and world-class research
facilities all set against the idyllic backdrop of southeastern Wyoming's rugged mountains
and high plains (7200 feet). The University of Wyoming, and all UW
academic programs, are accredited by

membership in the North Central Association.
The College of Business at UW offers a student-centered set of degree options geared at preparing students for successful careers by providing them with high-quality and well-rounded education in business and economics disciplines at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Business college seniors regularly score in the top 10 percent in nationwide business achievement tests. The business programs at UW are accredited by the AACSB-International-The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Of approximately 1,200 business programs in North America, only 355 hold this credential. Since the mission of the Outreach School is to extend the University's educational programs and 
services to the state of Wyoming and beyond, our real estate online courses and the Real Estate
Certificate Program fit perfectly.
The courses offered in real estate by the College of Business at the University of Wyoming are each 3 credit hour courses - taught on our Laramie campus, as well as fully online. Regardless of the class format, the same expectations and level of course quality is maintained. These courses are taught in a sixteen week semester format and follow the University of Wyoming class calendar. How do I get started? You must first be admitted to the University of Wyoming. Go to the OnLine UWYO (http://ecampus.uwyo.edu/) site and click on the admissions link. Once admitted to UW, you need to apply for admission to the Real Estate Certificate Program (Click on the following link - Real Estate Certificate Application).
