Event planning
Our meeting spaces have new COVID capacities to ensure 6-foot distancing. Our updated room capacities are available on our Room Capacities & Setup page.
Cleaning
All high touch points throughout the building will be disinfected every 60-90 minutes.
Changes in Services
To ensure adequate distancing, the following retail spaces will be closed for Fall 2020:
Pete’s Game Room
Fujisan
Los Vaqueros
The Gardens
Most retail units have transitioned to cashless operations, and food orders will be via an app.
Tabling in the Union Breezeway will be temporarily suspended in Fall 2020 to provide greater distancing for traffic.
Touchless drinking fountains will be installed near the Prexies entrance and the Food Court. All other drinking fountains will be closed per the UW reopening plan.
