UW Trustees Set Special Meeting Friday

February 10, 2009 — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Friday, Feb. 13, from 8-9 a.m. in the Old Main Boardroom.

The trustees will consider approval of a proposed Guaranteed Maximum
Price (GMP) for the War Memorial Stadium – East Suites and Renovations project. Acceptance by the trustees will allow construction to start on portions of the project while the architect completes the construction documents.

An executive session will be considered if necessary.
