Connect Wyoming is a human services infrastructure designed to service the state of Wyoming. It consists of a web site housing a searchable version of the Pathways Plus database, a calendar of human service events, a monthly newsletter, and special Pathways search interfaces for Medicaid Waiver Providers, Senior Services, and the Wyoming Breast Cancer Resource Directory.

Connect Wyoming forms partnerships with other agencies to produce specialized print directories, web interfaces, and other information formats. For more information on partnership opportunities, contact the Project Coordinator at 307-766-2996.

• To assist Wyoming communities and individuals to connect with and utilize the resources available in their community
• To assist Wyoming citizens to connect with each other by providing quality information about resources and events in their area
• To assist state agencies in bringing services and programs to the citizens of Wyoming
• To provide quality information about any entity which offers support, service or conducts charitable activities benefiting the mental, emotional or physical health and well-being of the citizens of Wyoming.
• To provide quality and timely information about local resources and events to communities, individuals and agencies in Wyoming, to help these people connect with each other and effectively utilize existing resources

• Internet: The online version of Pathways Plus is accessible from our Search page.
  -- Basic or advanced searches and subject browsing are available.
• Desktop: For users without Internet access, Pathways Plus may also be run from a CD. This version offers searches by subject term and geographical area only.
