Connect Wyoming creates two types of print directories, standard and custom.

Standard Directories (Free)

We create standard directories for each Wyoming county, for programs serving all of Wyoming and national programs. In addition, we offer a standard directory of programs that provide services or materials in languages other than english, and one based on our Senior Pathways special search pages. All of our standard directories are made to be downloaded, printed, and shared with others, in whole or in part, as needed. Standard directories may be downloaded FREE of charge from our directory download page.

Standard Directory Revisions

Directories are revised at least annually following the schedule we use to update information in Pathways Plus.

• Quarter 1: Fremont, Hot Springs, Park, Sublette, Teton, Uinta and Washakie Counties.
• Quarter 2: Albany, Big Horn, Lincoln, Sheridan and Weston Counties, and National Programs.
• Quarter 3: Campbell, Converse, Crook, Natrona, Niobrara and Johnson Counties.
• Quarter 4: Carbon, Goshen, Laramie, Platte and Sweetwater Counties.

Every effort will be made to post revised county directories around 2 months following the quarter in which they are updated, and revised directories for all of Wyoming and for Senior Pathways will be posted 1 to 2 times per year. New postings will be announced in the Connect Wyoming Newsletter .

Discontinued Standard Directories

Unfortunately, some standard directories are discontinued because of a change of funding or focus. For example, directories related to Breast Cancer Resources, and those translated into Spanish have been discontinued. It may be possible to create a custom directory (see below) based in whole or in part on a discontinued directory.

Custom Directories

Connect Wyoming can also create custom print directories from the information within the Pathways Plus database. Directories may be focused in a variety of ways, and entries may be selected according to geographic region, topic, or both. A page will be included describing the Pathways Plus project and explaining how the directory was created. Custom Directory Delivery and Cost

Our current method is to create a master print of the requested directory, which is delivered with an invoice. From this master copy, as many copies as are needed may be made. The current charge for this service is 75¢ per program listed in the custom directory. An accurate estimate of the final charge for a particular directory may not be possible until the focus and scope of the directory is decided.
