Choose to Move Identifies a wide variety of enjoyable physical activities that can maintain good health for kids of varying abilities and sizes. Helps students explore ways they can be more active. Lesson utilizes an educational video/DVD, Choose to Move, that features kids enjoying different types of physical activities.
