Stephanie Lewis is currently finishing her Master’s of Science in Natural Science Education and Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Wyoming.  She has worked for several years in outdoor adventure and residential environmental education programs.  Stephanie recently presented her research at the 4th Annual Teaching Writing in Wyoming Colloquium held on April 23-22, 2012.  She spoke to over fifty participants about experiential education and helping students to transfer their "new identities, values, and learning skillfully" when transitioning back into home life.  Read her findings: Empowering Our Students to Effectively Apply Experiences and Recommendations for Educators.
