WyoSafe Data Collection and Centralized Reporting

Overview

WyoSafe was developed for the Wyoming Division of Victim Services. Version 1.0 was released in June 2006. The latest version is 1.2.

The system was initially designed to help geographically dispersed victim services programs collect detailed information about domestic violence incidents. It also aimed to standardize the data elements.

The application produces local and centralized reports that meet DVS' reporting standards while preserving victims' confidentiality. The system capabilities include reporting unduplicated count of victims served throughout the state. Statistical data is gathered in a central location through SSL-secured web channels.
