NEW! Interfolio Data Service goes live Wednesday May 20th, 2026. You will see the new module on your home screen under Matched Activities. It will take up to a week before the tool begins to pull data in. Find guidance here.

Staff administrators: Some users are experiencing a glitch in WyoVita that directs them back to the home screen when attempting to access Administration pages. If you or anyone in your unit encounters this glitch, try clearing your cache. If this doesn't work please reach out to facultyaffairs@uwyo.edu so we can notify Interfolio.

WyoVita

WyoVita (also known as Faculty180 or FAR) is UW's faculty activity reporting tool. Faculty can record their activities and accomplishments in WyoVita, which will then provide them with a CV populated from their entries.

WyoFolio

WyoFolio (also known as Interfolio or RPT) is UW's platform for managing the reappointment, tenure, and promotion, annual review, and sabbatical processes.

Interfolio Data Service

Interfolio Data Service (IDS), is technology that populates WyoVita in bulk with accurate data on faculty members' academic work. It pulls from sources like CrossRef, OpenAlex, and Scopus, covering over 250 million activities published in more than 60,000 journals, government systems, and authoritative outlets.

Faculty Web Profiles

Interfolio Faculty Web Profiles provide a way to showcase the university's and faculty members' work, projects, and research initiatives. The key purpose of Interfolio Faculty Web Profiles is to help internal and external visitors discover the research institution's expertise, capabilities, and key areas of work and to enable the research institution to attract new projects, collaboration, and talent. Faculty data are fed into the Web Profiles from Interfolio's Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR).
