UW Academic Affairs HB147 Compliance
Wyoming law HB147 - Prohibition of institutional discrimination which details prohibited practices by state governmental agencies based on a person’s race, color, religion, sex, ethnicity or national origin becomes active on July 1, 2025. While UW is already in compliance with many aspects of the law, there are valuable clarifications and some practice/service modifications which require attention by the university, staff, and faculty.
