Becky Despain has dedicated over 20 years to supporting student success at the University of Wyoming’s Advising, Career, and Exploratory Studies (ACES) office. As the Associate Director of Advising, she oversees academic advising initiatives and leads efforts to support students in achieving their educational goals. Becky is passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them create personalized, realistic paths toward academic success. A proud UW alumna, she combines her deep knowledge of the university with a commitment to student-centered advising. Outside of work, Becky enjoys playing and coaching volleyball and raising livestock with her family.
