Advanced Tuner

This module builds on the tuner project by adding a visual display and auto tuning
capabilities. It demonstrates how frequencies relate to musical notes. Additionally,
it provides a tuner which can be used much like a Guitar Tuner. Finally, it provides
a simple introduction to using the 7-segment display.
