Care and Outreach Coordinators:
- Review CARES referrals and assess student needs
- Conduct outreach and meet with students to discuss concerns
- Collaborate with students to identify appropriate resources and supports
- Coordinate referrals to campus and community services (e.g., Counseling Center, Student Health, Basic Needs, Residential Life)
- Partner with campus stakeholders when appropriate
- Provide ongoing check-ins and follow-up throughout the academic year
