The Educator Summit on Global Competency invites educators to explore global competencies through presentations, workshops, and panel discussions over two days in Laramie, Wyoming. This summit was designed to serve educators from Wyoming and surrounding states who would like to expand their knowledge base in global competencies. Through engaging with presentations and other attendees, educators can develop expertise to support students in embracing new opportunities, demonstrating respect for multiple perspectives, and becoming engaged local and global citizens.
Proposals for sessions are encouraged from educators at all levels. Topics include global professional skills, intercultural competencies, and global-mindedness.
