Job Description
The College Affairs Coordinator serves as the Executive Assistant to the John P. "Jack" Ellbogen Dean of the College of Education by mediating with other departments and external groups, researching complex issues, and preparing detailed reports. Acting as the primary contact and liaison, the Coordinator interprets university and college policies for internal and external stakeholders. They manage the WyoFolio and WyoVita Interfolio systems, overseeing the Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion processes for faculty members. Additionally, the Coordinator provides administrative support for strategic initiatives and projects, assists with special projects, strategic planning, and policy development. The role includes fostering relationships with faculty and staff, managing the Dean's calendar to optimize productivity, and performing various other duties as assigned. This position ensures the effective operation of the Dean's office and supports the College of Education's mission and goals.
