Biography
Jen Krause is an Assistant Lecturer in the Special Education program at the University of Wyoming in the School of Counseling, Leadership, Advocacy, and Design. Jen has several years of experience in special education. She was formally the Behavior Intervention Specialist at Central High School. Before her work at Central High School, she was the Deputy Director of the Wyoming Department of Education Special Programs Division. Jen earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Wyoming, followed by a master’s degree in social work and human services, and is presently pursuing a doctoral degree in higher education. Jen’s research focuses on preparation for pre-service teachers providing instruction for students with specific learning disabilities.
