61a Tegmen sooty brown. Wings with apex dusky, hind tibia brown or black.

Trimerotropis suffusa (Scudder)

61b Tegmina lighter, brownish gray or buff. Apex of wing with cells hyaline but veins usually dark, hind tibia yellowish. Two subspecies in Wyoming.
