Basic Financial Processing

Level I services generally cover the following:

• P-Card / Expense report reconciliations
• Requisitions / POs and Non-PO invoices
• IDT processing
• Status of payments
  • Invoice report
  • P-card status report
  • Expense report information

 

Level II: $26/hour

Intermediate Accounting

• Account validations utilizing:
  • Account analysis report
  • PPM reports
• Expenditure corrections
• Fund balance reporting
• Budget to actuals reporting
• Contract processing

 

Training Module Creation

• FAST can create interactive training modules to support your instructional needs. Our team utilizes Rise 360, a powerful authoring tool, to craft engaging and effective e-learning experiences.

• These modules can be tailored to a variety of topics and learning objectives, ensuring your team gains the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

 

Level III:  Elevated Services

Website Creation, Design and Content Management– $50/hour (new service added August 2023)

Our experienced staff is trained in Omni CMS and web accessibility and are able to support website creation, design and content management. Whether you're launching a new website or revamping an existing one, we tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.
