FSL Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for joining a fraternity or sorority is an exciting experience! Each chapter has its own approach, but the energy is always high and the atmosphere is electric.

  • The Interfraternity Council focuses on fraternity recruitment in the first few weeks of each semester. However, they are open to recruitment at any point in the year if you are interested.
  • The Panhellenic Association has a formal recruitment process for sororities that is held each September. Additionally, chapters may also engage in informal recruitment throughout the year.
