Course Overview: The Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic (EENR Clinic) works directly with the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. Students work with attorneys from the Water and Natural Resources Division of the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office on cases involving the State of Wyoming, state agencies, or state officials. Work in the past has included drafting motions in nationally significant natural resource federal court cases, assisting in agency adjudicative and administrative hearings, and more.
