About the Technology Transfer Office
The University of Wyoming Technology Transfer Office (TTO) works with university researchers, faculty and staff to turn their discoveries and innovations into solutions that benefit society and Wyoming. Our staff are experienced in intellectual property and market research. We evaluate UW innovations to determine protection, marketing and licensing strategies. We also strategize to find innovative ways to get beneficial solutions into the public that might not have the IP protection or market size required for the traditional commercialization pathway.

If you are submitting an abstract, poster, or paper soon. It is critical to contact the TTO before public disclosure as it allows for the preservation of your full rights.
