We are pleased to offer residence hall accommodations and dining services from mid-May through the end of July. All groups must submit a reservation request. Recurring UW-affiliated groups and recurring non-UW-affiliated groups have priority in scheduling and are encouraged to submit a reservation form as soon as possible.

Washakie Center Reservation The Shoshone Room, located on the lower level of the Washakie Center, is a convenient, multipurpose space. This room can accommodate a group of 150 and can be divided into two smaller rooms.  To request the use of this space, please complete the Washakie Center Meeting Space Reservation Form. Room rental rates apply for summer camps and conferences and are outlined on the rates page.
