The first annual Mountain West Regional Marketing Research Symposium for social impact and ethical leadership was held in April of 2022 and was co-sponsored by the Dick and Maggie Scarlett Chair at the University of Wyoming and the Center for Social Impact at Colorado State University. Faculty and students from 15+ universities contributed to and attended the event, including leading scholars from Harvard Business School, the University of Georgia and the University of Connecticut. College of Business professors, Chase Thiel and Kent Noble, were among the featured speakers, while other members of UW's marketing faculty, PhD alum and current PhD students were in attendance.
