Thursday, April 30
3-4:15pm - Honor Band (HB) registration in the Buchanan Center Lobby
4:30pm - HB Rehearsal in Buchanan Center room 1016
7:30pm - Wind Symphony and Bel Canto Concert at Concert Hall
9:00pm - HB Check into Dorms, Snacks and Hangout in the dorms

 

Friday, May 1

8:00 - Breakfast

9:00 - Masterclasses 

11:00 - Sectionals with faculty

12:15 - Lunch- BCPA lobby (UW students perform chamber/jazz combo)
1:00 - Chamber Music rehearsals/masterclasses

2:30 - Faculty and student Chamber Recitals
3:30 - Reception and Snacks

4:00 - Sectionals with faculty

5:15 - UW Union for games (UW jazz students performing)

6:00 - Dinner at UW Union 

7:30 - Rehearsal 

9:00 - Dorms

10:30 - Lights Out

 

Saturday

8:00 - Breakfast

9:00 - Rehearsal
11:00 - Explore UW choices may include painting, museum tours, hiking, mountain biking, yoga, creator’s space, golf simulator, and more.
12:30 - Lunch

1:00 - Rehearsal
2:30 - Break 

3:15 - Sound Check
4:30 - Concert (UW trumpet ensemble plays fanfare in lobby?)

 

Sunday

8:00 - Students from farther away can make flights, etc.
