Constance Zvobgo

The Procurement Services team at the University of Wyoming administers all procurement activities in accordance with state, federal, and university regulations. They also manage the supplier database, oversee the Supplier Self-Registration process, and maintain the Procurement Card program to streamline purchases of goods and services. By partnering closely with departments and suppliers, they strive to secure the best value for every university dollar spent.

 

Constance serves as the Procurement Services Specialist.  Her main areas of focus include catering, furniture, vehicles, fuel, printing, insurance, and speakers. Constance also assists departments with drafting and publication of Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Sole Source Notifications (SSN) whenever it is necessary.  With a commitment to support the University communities, Constance is always available to offer timely assistance ensuring a seamless and efficient procurement process.
