Students can receive University Commitment and other classification scholarships, more information can be found here.
NIELSON TEXTBOOK SCHOLARSHIPS
The Textbook Scholarships are available to all Energy Resource Management and Development declared majors. Awards will be determined based on cumulative GPA. First time students and continuing students are all eligible.
NIELSON SUMMER TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS
ERMD students taking required courses for their degree program during hte summer months can have their tuition costs covered through a Nielson Summer Tuition Scholarship.
Experiential Learning Scholarships
Many donors direct funds to support learning in the field. Find out about opportunities to get out of the classroom and experience the energy industry on the ground!
Students can apply for funds for industry visits. Students gain a firsthand view of industries to better apply the theory and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations.
THank you Notes
Students are required to sumbit thank you notes for all scholarships to our incredibly generous donors for enhancing their educations and helping to defray the cost of attendance. Most thank you notes can be submitted through the Wyo Scholarships portal. Nielson scholarships are submitted directly to the SER Academic Program.
