Regulations on upstream fossil fuel production, leasing, and environmental analyses.
Proposals are due February 1, 2021 and completed papers by May 15, 2021. Once a slate of papers is accepted, the organizers will seek publication of the papers in a special issue of a peer reviewed journal.
The honorarium for each paper is $2,500 supported with funds provided from CERPA and the Charles Koch Foundation with the usual disclaimer that the findings by the authors do not necessarily reflect those of the sponsoring entities.
