SLS does preventative and reactionary work when it comes to Landlord Tenant Issues.

If you would like to review a lease with us before you sign it, please set up an appointment so we can better help you understand the terms of the agreement such as what happens if you terminate the lease early, what are your responsibilities as a tenant, and what responsibilities the landlord has to you.

If you have an issue regarding a Landlord Tenant agreement, send us your Intake Form with the lease attached so we may review it together. We can help you navigate local ordinances and WY state law to better understand the violation(s) of the lease (by either or both parties), the enforcement of the lease and remedies for breach of contract, and what your next steps are as to your living situation, such as lease termination, possible deposit recovery, and more.

IF YOU ARE SEEKING ASSISTANCE WITH AN EVICTION, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AT OUR EMAIL!

To expedite the process, please attach a complete Intake Form, a copy of the lease, and your availability so we can set an appointment with the attorney as soon as possible.
