Welcome to the Express Transfer Agreement (ETA) program—a pathway designed for students at participating community colleges in select majors to efficiently complete their bachelor’s degree. With express transfer status, co-admission to the University of Wyoming (UW) and coordinated advising between your college and UW, the ETA program helps create a smooth transition so every credit counts toward your degree.
