Director - Wyoming Game and Fish Department
Angi Bruce became Director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department in 2024, bringing a career rooted in conservation and collaboration. A dedicated biologist, she previously served in leadership roles with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and as Wyoming Game and Fish deputy director of external affairs. Her work has advanced complex wildlife initiatives, including migration corridors, sage-grouse policy, and the department’s “Movement Matters” effort.

Kerin Clark serves as Executive Vice President of the Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation, bringing nearly three decades of experience within the organization. A University of Wyoming graduate, her career began as a student intern and grew through leadership roles in member relations and communications. Raised on her family’s ranch north of Laramie, Clark’s leadership reflects deep agricultural roots, a commitment to service, and strong ties to Wyoming’s farm and ranch communities.

Executive Director - Wyoming Wool Growers Association
Alison Crane has served as Executive Director of the Wyoming Wool Growers Association since July 2022. With a background in small ruminant research and extension, she brings both technical expertise and a strong commitment to working alongside sheep producers. Her leadership supports the association’s mission to advance Wyoming’s sheep and wool industry through education, advocacy, and producer-focused outreach grounded in real-world experience.

Gary H. Darnall is owner and manager of Darnall Ranch, Inc. and Darnall Feedlot in Harrisburg, Nebraska, where he has built a nationally respected agricultural operation over six decades. A University of Wyoming alumnus, he is recognized for leadership in agricultural innovation, education, and sustainability. His lifelong commitment to agriculture and strong ties to UW reflect a legacy rooted in stewardship, resilience, and forward-thinking production practices.

District Manager - Sublette County Conservation District
Michael Henn serves as District Manager for the Sublette County Conservation District, working to strengthen cooperative, conservation-driven partnerships at local and state levels. A University of Wyoming alumnus, his career focuses on rangeland, watershed, and public lands collaboration. Through advisory roles, policy engagement, and statewide leadership, Henn advances practical conservation solutions that balance working lands, wildlife needs, and community priorities across Wyoming.

Matt Hoobler is a University of Wyoming College of Agriculture graduate with more than 25 years of experience across ranching, conservation, and natural resource policy. He currently directs natural resource policy for Watco, a full-service supply chain solutions company. A former Ag Ambassador and UW Rodeo Team member, Hoobler remains engaged in conservation leadership while maintaining strong family and professional ties to Wyoming.

Keith Kennedy is an agricultural professional with experience in farming, consulting, and trade group leadership. A University of Wyoming graduate, he founded Agrimind LLC in Laramie, providing agricultural consulting and advisory services. Kennedy serves as executive director for multiple agricultural organizations and is a Certified Crop Advisor. His work reflects a commitment to practical solutions, advocacy, and strengthening Wyoming’s agricultural communities.

Jody Levin is the founder of Levin Strategic Resources, a Cheyenne-based government affairs and public relations firm. A Wyoming native and University of Wyoming alumna, her career spans public service, private industry, and nonprofit leadership. Levin is known for building strategic coalitions and advancing policy solutions that balance economic vitality, community identity, and natural resource stewardship. She remains actively engaged in statewide and university leadership.

Vice President - Wyoming Stock Growers Association
Jim Magagna is a lifelong sheep ranch owner in southwestern Wyoming and serves as Executive Vice President of the Wyoming Stock Growers Association. His career includes leadership roles in state finance, federal land policy, and natural resource governance. Magagna has served in numerous national and state advisory positions, contributing decades of experience to agriculture, public lands policy, and industry advocacy rooted in Wyoming’s working landscapes.

Jim D. Neiman represents the third generation of his family in the forest products industry. A University of Wyoming graduate, he oversees multi-state forest products, ranching, and related enterprises. Neiman has served in numerous state, federal, and industry leadership roles, supporting responsible forest management and economic development. His career reflects long-term commitment to conservation, innovation, and community stewardship across the Intermountain West.

Ron Rabou is a Wyoming native, agricultural producer, author, and advocate for American agriculture. His farm has been nationally recognized, and his work as a columnist and speaker highlights independence and resilience in farming. A University of Wyoming graduate, Rabou serves in leadership and instructional roles supporting agricultural education and community engagement. He lives and works on his farm near Albin, Wyoming.

Agronomic Solutions Manager, Weed Management - Bayer Crop Science
Ryan grew up in Niobrara County and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming before completing a Ph.D. at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His career spans extension, federal service, and agricultural research. He currently works in early development herbicide research following a decade with Monsanto and Bayer Crop Science. Ryan and his family live in Laramie, Wyoming.

Shane serves as co-chair of the College of Agriculture, Life Sciences and Natural Resources and is a graduate of the college and the University of Wyoming College of Law. He works in government affairs and policy across multiple industries. Raised on a family farm and ranch near Alamosa, Colorado, he remains actively involved in agricultural operations in both Colorado and Wyoming.

Doug and his wife, Deniz, ranch north of Shawnee, Wyoming, following Doug’s career as President and CEO of Farm Credit Services of America. He currently serves on the University of Wyoming Foundation Board and as Interim Director of the Ranch Management and Agricultural Leadership program within CALSNR. His work reflects a continued commitment to agricultural leadership, education, and the future of Wyoming’s ranching communities.

Andrea Sun-Zink is General Manager of the Wyoming Livestock Roundup, overseeing accounting and circulation for the weekly agricultural newspaper. A University of Wyoming graduate, she joined the publication after working in banking and has been part of the Roundup team since 2006. Raised on her family’s ranch near Casper, she remains actively involved in Wyoming agriculture and rural journalism.

Shawn Taylor is a Wyoming native with a career spanning public policy, energy, and rural infrastructure advocacy. A University of Wyoming graduate, he spent six years in Washington, D.C., before returning to serve in state leadership roles. For more than two decades, Taylor has been Executive Director of the Wyoming Rural Electric Association, representing rural electric cooperatives and their member-owners at state and national levels.

Jill Tregemba serves as Agribusiness Manager and Research and Development Lead for the Wyoming Business Council, identifying opportunities that add value to Wyoming agriculture. A University of Wyoming graduate, she works across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to advance innovation and economic resilience. An entrepreneur at heart, Tregemba remains closely connected to agriculture through her work on her family ranch.
