Academic Advising
College of Agriculture, Life Sciences and Natural Resources
Support is offered in three different ways:
- Professional Academic Advising
- Faculty Mentoring
- Internship Guidance
Your professional advisor will help you take control of your academic career by providing advisement of coursework
as required by the University and your degree program. They will guide you to stay
on track for a timely graduation.
Faculty mentoring allows you the opportunity to get to know your faculty and for them to get to know
you. Whether it is individualized or in a group setting, faculty mentors will provide
you with tools and resources that will help you in your career path.
The internship coordinator is a key resource for students, as this office will introduce students to professional
platforms that will aide in developing a distinguished resume, professional interview
skills, and networking opportunities with potential career employers.
