Ensuring that patients receive the end of life care THEY want does not happen by chance.
It takes planning and most importantly – it takes the skills of an Advance Care Planning
professional with the ability to assist patients to put into words what is most important
to them. Now more than ever it is imperative that healthcare professionals have the
knowledge, skills, and abilities to hold these conversations and deliver this new
benefit to the growing number of Medicare beneficiaries – currently over 55 million
with an additional 10,000 plus added each day. This course will help you become a
skilled Advance Care Planner.
