In order to obtain access to modules in WyoCloud employees must complete training available through WyoCloud Learning. After completing the required training, access is granted to the system by close of the following business day.
Below you will find the listing of different types of system access trainings that are available.
New employees with a financial position (ex. accountant, business manager, director, etc.) are required to complete WyoCloud Financial Management System Access Training to acquaint them with the financial processes, policies and procedures at the university.
This training will be assigned upon hire, but is also available through WyoCloud Learning.
Assigned by HR to those employees serving in a manager/supervisor role.
Training on the costing module is required prior to obtaining access, and is available in WyoCloud Learning.
Training on the contracts module is required prior to obtaining access, and is available in WyoCloud Learning.
Training on the budgeting system is required prior to obtaining access, and is available in WyoCloud Learning.
