Most University of Wyoming courses use WyoCourses as their online course component.

Log into WyoCourses at http://wyocourses.uwyo.edu, using your UWYO login credentials, the same login you use for WyoRecords or your UW email.

Are you unable to find your courses on your dashboard?

Unless your instructor has changed the dates, courses will not open for a semester until around 12:01am on  the first day of class.  However, you should be able to see your courses by going to "Courses & Groups" then "All Courses",  listed under "Future Enrollments".

Even if your courses appear under "Future Enrollments", you still may not be able to access your courses on the first day of classes if they are not published. If the course is showing as unpublished on that date, you will need to contact your instructor, or the department if there is no instructor listed.

Guides and instructions for using Canvas in WyoCourses are available in print and video formats.

The source of many technical problems is often the web browser. Check the Browser Recommendations to confirm you are using a supported browser version for Canvas. When you encounter a problem, you might try a different browser or clear your cache and/or cookies.

Your course may require you to take quizzes, tests, and exams through the Respondus LockDown Browser. The LockDown Browser must be installed on the computer on which you are taking the exam. All computers in UW student computer labs, and computers at the Outreach Regional Centers around the state already have LockDown Browser installed. To install LockDown Browser on your personal computer, or if you are having issues with LockDown Browser, consult the Respondus Page, or contact Respondus Support
