Administrative Core

The Administrative Core (AC) oversees and provides support for entire INBRE including the Data Science Core (DSC), Developmental Research Project Program (DRPP), Student Research Program (SRP), Community College (CC) Network, and the three governance committees described below. The AC is also responsible for reporting program progress and achievements to NIH; compliance with all federal, state, local and institutional laws and guidelines; and enhancing student and faculty access to NIH and IDeA resources and activities beyond Wyoming including participation in the Regional Alliance of INBRE Networks (RAIN). 

Governance Committees

The Steerng Committee (SC) consists of a senior leader from each of the Wyoming INBRE network institutions. Each member ensures that their institution adheres to the overall network mission and helps to facilitate faculty and student participation in WY INBRE research and activities.

The Executive Committee (EC) consists of the Wyoming INBRE PI Scott Seville, Core Directors and Program Coordinators. The EC is responsible for establishing policies, developing initiatives, overseeing programs, making funding recommendations, and coordinating network activities for the entire state network.

The External Advisory Committee (EAC) consists of non-Wyoming INBRE experts in research, mentoring, and administration. The EAC provides the SC & EC advice on administrative matters and monitors the effectiveness of the Wyoming INBRE network in fulfilling the overall mission.
