Research Interests:
The research in our lab focuses on quantifying the consequences of climate change for wild populations and understanding how evolutionary change and phenotypic plasticity may facilitate adaptation to climate-related stressors. We integrate a broad range of tools and approaches, including intensive field surveys, museum specimens, high-resolution climate and environmental data, and advanced statistical modeling across multiple study systems, with a particular focus on mammals. A key study system in the lab includes seasonal color‑molting species and the effects of camouflage mismatch due to decreasing snow cover.
