2020 Strategic Visioning Analysis

For the full portfolio review of U.W.’s academic and student services units, all academic and student service units must complete and submit a Strategic Visioning Analysis (SVA) by February 22, 2021.  Unit heads will receive a link to a web submission form by January 29, 2021, and the Strategic Visioning Analyses will need to be submitted via this form.  In order to see what information is requested in the SVA, please see here Strategic Visioning Analysis Document. Important information about the Strategic Visioning Analysis:

1. Please do not submit SVA reports via email (contrary to earlier instructions)

2. All SVA reports must be submitted online, via a web form that will go live on or before January 29, 2021.  All academic and student services unit heads will receive a link to this form via email.

3. PLEASE NOTE: the Office of Institutional Analysis (OIA) will be sending every unit enrollments, degrees, and student credit hours data by the end of January.  Please use these data to complete the relevant portions of the SVA submission.  The OIA data are not auto-populated in the web form because every unit needs to have an opportunity to examine the data prior to SVA submission.  If any OIA-provided data appears incorrect or information is missing, please reach out to Sue Koller.  Units may also address any corrections of, or concerns about, the institutional data in the written portion (SWOT analysis) of the SVA submission

• The SVA report must be submitted via the web form by no later than February 22, 2021.
