State Competition 2013

The state competition will occur on April 15, 2013, at the University of Wyoming, in Laramie. Register by 9:59 p.m., Monday, April 8, 2013. Deadlines for submitting papers and Web sites is also Monday, April 8, 2013, at 9:59 p.m.
