Kyle Phillips is the Meat Labratory Manager for the University of Wyoming. He received his bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Texas A & M University and was a member of the wool, meats and livestock judging teams while working at the Rosenthal Meat Science and Techonology Center. Kyle has a strong background in meat processing and enjoys training students to be valuable members of the meats and livestock industries. He is excited to contribute to the teaching, research, and extension mission of the University of Wyoming.
