A virtual Artmobile visit includes viewing select images from the exhibition, participating in a “deep looking” activity, and discussion. The host may choose a hands-on art lesson to accompany the viewing that will be demonstrated by the Artmobile Educator (AE). Materials can be sent to your school or organization prior to the event.

The Artmobile program is provided free of charge with minimal responsibilities required of the hosting institution.

Host responsibilities include:

  1. active participation in planning and program
  2. being accessible to the AE throughout the virtual visit and planning
  3. providing or arranging any accommodations necessary for virtual participants
Yes. It is essential for the contact person to be available to answer questions or address any concerns that may arise during the Artmobile visit. If you are a classroom teacher, do not schedule a substitute during the visit. The AE is not a substitute teacher. The most successful school visits integrate the Artmobile into every-day classroom learning.

Yes. Artmobile visits are tailored to meet your needs. Let’s figure out how to make it work!

The 2019-2021 Artmobile exhibition is titled At Work and At Play and presents 17 original art prints representing various artist approaches. The variety of approaches presented in the exhibition allows for natural connections to the arts, as well as philosophy, history and social studies, language arts, science, math, and engineering.

The virtual Artmobile program is available year round. Contact Artmobile Educator, Sarita Talusani Keller, at 307-399-294 or to request a Virtual Artmobile Planning Guide. Then complete an experience form about your community or school audience and desired schedule dates.

The Artmobile Educator will follow up with your request, answer any questions you have, and add your venue to the schedule.
