Greg Brown

Greg Brown joined UW's College of Arts and Sciences in August 2013. He oversees the following divisions: Biological Sciences, Fine Arts, Humanities, and Mathematical Sciences. Greg also oversees two support units: WySAC and the Division of Research Support. Before joining the Dean's Office, he served as the head of the Department of Botany.

Associate Dean Brown's main responsibilities to the college are:

• Graduate assistantships

• Track and assist with start-up negotiations during searches

• Central Committee

• Basic Research Grants (BRG)

• Sabbatical Leaves and International Travel Grants

• Liaison to the UW Foundation

• Liaison to Vice President of Research's Office

• Fee book requests
