A message from Carrell Family Dean Cameron H.G. Wright

Welcome to the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Wyoming. If you’re a student, staff, or faculty member, I hope your time with us is filled with inspiring, challenging, and scholarly opportunities to build your future in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematic (STEM) industries. If you’re just looking now at us, or are a long-time supporter, I hope you’ll find our newer, bigger, more comprehensive college an exciting and vibrant place.

The College of Engineering and Physical Sciences offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree programs taught by a dedicated community of academic leaders who believe that interdisciplinary, diverse, and inclusive education and research are all critical to our success in overcoming the challenges facing today’s world. We are an integral part of the state of Wyoming’s only land-grant university, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Our aim is to help you thrive by providing you with an intellectually robust environment that fosters your growth toward professional and scholarly work, where our faculty see you as a person not a number.  One-on-one meetings and conversations between students and faculty members are the norm here in the college.
