SWE Set to Host Special Engineering Event

The University of Wyoming chapter of Society of Women Engineers will host a free public event this week.
The “Introduce a Girl to Engineering!” event will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday at the UW Planetarium. The film "Dream Big" will be shown. It celebrates the human ingenuity behind engineering marvels big and small. There will be a question-and-answer session after the conclusion of the movie.
The event is open to the public and aimed at girls in elementary, middle and high school, along with their parents and teachers. Students who are minors must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
