Preparing to graduate!
On April 28th, at 6pm, 4 adults and their children will graduate from the Cent$ible Nutrition Program. Parents enjoyed cooking with their kids each week. The kids favorite recipe was the smoothies and they said they make them regularly at home now. The moms really enjoyed the Master mix waffles. A couple of the women were from other countries, so most of the recipes we tried were a new experience for them.
