Congratulations graduates! 

Eight women from the Wyoming Women's center graduated from the Cent$ible Nutrition Program on January 14th.

Youth Series in Lusk this Spring

• Marty, the moose, will be taking the Lusk 3rd graders on an adventure through the food groups, teaching them about nutrition beginning this spring.
• Lusk 4th graders will go back in history to learn about nutrition and what people of the 19th century ate during their Munching Your Way Through Wyoming lessons.

Adult Classes

Tammy will be teaching our adult series to a group at Solutions for Life and also with the Douglas High School STEP program.  The classes will meet once a week for a few months.  If you are interested in participating in adult series, please contact Tammy for more information at 307-358-2417.
