Graduate Success!

ConverseParticipant

A graduate of Converse County Cent$ible Nutrition, the 41-year-old participated in CNP classes a few years ago and says he has practiced many of the things he learned since then. “A very valuable part of the classes that I use is to consistently remember portion sizes,” he said. After a recent weight loss, he says he can maintain his weight due to his knowledge and practice of portion sizes. He says he incorporates what he has learned in CNP in all he does, and has found information on food safety, making nutritious meals, and getting in daily physical activity particularly helpful. “Before, I was a prisoner in my own body.”
