Marty Moose

Cent$ible Nutrition Program is at the Moorcroft Elementary School with our Marty Moose Program. Marty Moose helps walk three second grade classes through the food groups of the MyPlate and much more. It’s a fun interactive way for children to learn nutrition, food safety and the importance of being active. We meet Monday’s in March and April at 1:30. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join us!

Adult Classes

Newcastle Extension Service offers CNP classes every Friday for the month of April  at 10:00. Refresh your thoughts about quick family meals and the benefit of being active. Spend less time in the kitchen and more time outside. The benefits are endless!

April 4^th CNP will partner with WIC program at Sundance Public Health. Learn the benefits of fast family meals when you use the various master mixes from the free cookbook. I’ll see you April 4^th.

April 11^th CNP will partner with WIC program in Upton at the Children Center. Family meals are the focus with CNP’s master mixes for quick meals. Enjoy our free cookbook for child friendly recipes.

Recent Classes & Events

Eating for Two was a recent program that some residents from the Green Mountain Estate enjoyed. This series helps individuals living alone to understand the importance of good nutrition and activity even if it is just for themselves. Residents enjoyed tasting various recipes. One of the favorites was burritos made from our master mix and master meat sauce.
